Just this morning I saw a mother walking down the street with her child in tow behind her. They were both in their usual morning attire: pajamas. She had just picked her daughter up from the "all night child minding center" so she could go and chat up drunk business men all night and get rolling drunk herself. Problem being was.....the mother was too business tapping away on her cell phone as she walked like a cow in the field to notice her daughter was way way behind...so far in fact that the mother had crossed an intersection and the daughter hadn't even reached the intersection before the lights changed. Upon hearing the honking sounds of cars did the mother realise that her daughter was in tears at the lights having dropped her overnight bag (which she was lugging) and began crying because the big cars were blocking her view of her mother and she was scared to cross the street. The child is not yet 3 years old and the mum IS a night worker because she lives in the same building as me. What was the mums response.......she shouted at her daughter "Hey you idiot don't be so slow"....without moving a step back to help her now bawling child. What was my response??? I don't think it would be printed but you can kind of guess the barrage i gave the dope. So "What's your impression of parental supervision of children in Japan?" going on that one only example.........pathetic.

How about a simple statement such as "we will work on a few combinations in the remaining 2 games against Qatar and Australia before totally focusing on winning our first game in the World Cup. As for the semi finals, lets just focus on the task at hand and take each game as it comes....we'll worry about the semis when that bridge comes". Why do Japanese sports teams/coaches put so much pressure on themselves???Usually the media does such a grand job of doing that for them but this time the coach has put the weight of a nations expectations on the players shoulders.....now he has said it anything less will be a failure in the eyes of the fanatical fans.

It is so easy in japan to rule on suicide as the cause. I hope the police don't close the case too quickly. Having little ones myself stomping around the house it always breaks my heart to read that young ones have also been taken along for the ride if indeed it is suicide. RIP

She is certainly not married i take it. The shutters come down once the japanese girls put that wedding ring on the finger and the honeymoon is over. And her comments....typical. After all she is a celebrity isn't she? Either A) she has no brains and forgot her place, or B) she has a fantastic agent who directed her to make the remark for added publicity which has certainly worked. How much yen would she be offered to appear in the underground vids now?? Perhaps the new Paris Hilton!!!Stay tuned folks.(Yawn!!!)
