Where have all the good ol' days gone????? The days that when you had a problem with someone you talked about it and either fixed it or had a biffo. Today it is all stabbing and shooting. Umm because they are moronic and they can't understand their own lingo in the spoken sense and have to read it to clear up any misunderstanding they may have with what they just heard. I am near fluent and get so pissed when i speak japanese and the moron i am speaking to says "eh?" and then looks to my wife for a translated version of the japanese just spoken....she repeats the exact thing i said and the moron understands...........ARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone tell me why they still have a fuel surcharge......they implemented this charge when the oil prices went ballistic (and how quick did the travel companies follow implementing the fuel charge to cover expenses). Yet when the oil prices dropped...did the travel companies quickly drop the charge.....got to be kidding!! Looks as if these charges are here to stay.
