Before I used to cook spaghetti in "Italian" way with tomato sauce and all that, but now a day I just use them like rice or noodle and they are just fine. Same for other pasta.

Tastiest does not neccessarily means healthiest or best for you. Combination of "fat and sugar" (like ice cream) or fat and salt (on beef) always taste good but harm you , because you will easily eat too much of them.
