In 1971 when President Nixon bowed to Emperor Hirohito on US territory (Alaska, I think) , it was very OK because both men were bowing to each other and at angle of about 15 degrees. But this time president Obama is on Japan soil and his action makes Japanese people very happy. It should be viewed as a plus for America's diplomatic effort.

Honestly I think Obama did this on purpose, not a mistake, not accidently,but cool, well calculated move. This picture will give Japanese people something to remember forever in their minds whenever they imagine the picture of General McArthur and Emperor Hirohito in 1945. He shakes hands because he is American president and he bows because Akihito is Emperor! Both in one. Perfect.

The couple seem doing OK, why the worry? Is their yacht worth $7 mil? Sell it and pay the pirates only that amount, no cost to tax payers. These pirates always demand astronomical amount first then go down to much smaller one later. Nah, government should just take time ,move slowly, slowly so pirates will have all the time on earth to look after this couple.

They just don't care about whoever they kill. Whether those men women children were their wives, their children, their relatives ,their distant relatives, their old friends..or not, they just don't care. Just blow all up, kill all. . Its very tough time for Pakistan indeed. All the best to Pakistan army in the fight to eliminate these murderers . No, these murderers don't kill their own kind, they kill anyone who is not Taliban or AQ . It is a weird feeling for the president takes that long to think about making this important decision..and still thinking, thinking, no conclusion yet. On one hand he may be super careful , on another hand he may simply confuse, not knowing exactly what to do. This is a long war, with no end insight; and America is usually good at short ,massive war where massive power is required ; and Obama is no military man.No wonder it takes so long even with so many advices from McChrystal ,McCain, Joe Biden...

It is very sad..no need for words. If US presence is the problem why can't they just wait for them to leave quietly? Because if they continue to bomb civilians like this how can they expect that Iraqi government WON'T open its mouth and request US to delay its military withdraw? Or they don't really want US withdraw to concentrate on Afghanistan; they just want to force US to continue fighting war in 2 fronts , so it will further go into bankcruptcy?...
