Corruption is the problem but it is everywhere in poor countries, not only in Afghanistan. I am with John McCain , if Mc Chrystal said he needs 40,000 more troops to win this war, then give it to him .After winning ,America always has chance to reorganise everything ; but if loosing, Taliban will run that country to their liking again. Personally I prefer the method of long war in which America trains Afghan soldiers to finish Taliban themselves. But again who am I to talk against the field commander McChrystal?

Australian navy torches the refugee boat: Nah, that is still under investigation and those refugees are now released to the community at large already . Now a day every refugee boat is escorted to Christmas Island by Navy ship...you can not get much more security than that.

Look at it this way , if you are the one the NNP committee selects to give the prize to ,for some only God knows why reason, will you accept it or you decline? I don't think I will decline thats why I stop having- a -go at Obama.For example, an actor thinks he is worth 2 millions dollar a movie but if the boss offer him 8 mil instead ,will he decline? its simply too good to refuse.

The Nobel peace prize committee should base its assessments on achievements, accomplishments ONLY, not on mere idea or hope or promise or potential...It is extremely difficult,controversial enough for valueing candidate's achievements already.

I still don't get it ,if people have confidence in Obama's America more than before then why US dollar keeps going down,down ..faster and faster? Where is the bottom? When gold hits usd 2,000/oz ? Anyway its not Obama's fault ,it is the controversial decision of NPP committee.

If this award is based on HOPE I will not be surprised anymore when in future someone receive it through his/her IDEA for peace in invented computer game. Enough said,that's it.

Previous generations tried to build nukes to achieve peace, now Obama tries to zero nuke to achieve peace,completely the opposite. This theory is totally untested, totally unproven...that is why the peace prize must need much more time before if and when it is awarded to Obama.

It is not the "right" issue, it is pure political issue related to security/survival of nations.Of course you have the right like I do ,but if you threaten my existence then I will do everything to try to stop you. Sorry to spoil the fun by spelling the obvious.

A little search on internet shows that because of dioxin pollution ,temples don't burn dolls anymore but send them to incinerator instead; only cut-off small patrs of dolls will be burnt at temples. Lucky that people do not stretch their beliefs into used cars or used houses ,heh!

That is why I do not like the idea that Head of Government go to Copenhagen to lobby IOC .It is too political ,too much pressure on IOC and too strong distraction for IOC. Tony Blair did it first , but he was lucky. The wind has changed now.
