Can Japan send the damages bill caused by dolphins attacking fish farms every year and get compensation for those farmers ,to those passionate countries? Playing culture becomes harder to sell because culture is something changeable with times.

How about Tokyo Sky Tower...no need in order to avoid Sky Tower of NZ ,Japan has to use Sky Tree. No tree on earth is that ridiculously tall and no tree has bottom smaller than its top.
