    @mackemack: There are at least three things wierd about this... Firstly, that Tanno-san managed to think up this concept. Secondly, that there turned out to be a market for this. Thirdly, that some high school girls were happy to take part.

    First, this is not a new idea, this kind of establishment has been around for at least 25 years that I know of. Tanno did not come up with this by himself. Second, There is always a market for nerds, dirty old men and misfits to gander up school girls skirts. Third, You gotta be kidding.......This is tame for japanese high school girls. Many of whom engage in much more promiscuous activities to get the cash to buy all the "Brand" clothes and acessories they simply must have to be a japanese high school girl.

    *** Friend of mine paid good money for a football shirt signed by the entire Scotland football (soccer) team!*

    A shirt is something that is seen by the general public.............other than the wearer and a few intimates, who's going to see this outpouring of encouragement?

    Wow, this is the second time Obama has been in trouble with the descendants of the Chief.:

    "In 2009, Ramsey Clark filed a lawsuit on behalf of people claiming to be Geronimo's descendants, against, among others, Barack Obama, Robert Gates, and Skull and Bones, asking for the return of Geronimo's bones."

    A litle short on details here. What drugs were they trafficing? I thought counterfeit money was a noth korean EXPORT industry, but considering the level of expertise, I guess a north korean can spot a bogus bill a mile away.

    For those of you who think the burial at sea was to prevent his grave from becoming a shrine, it is Muslim law that graves be unmarked, there are no shirines to the dead in Islam. Not even to the Prophet.

    @TumbleDry:

    If that is so, it will be aired on Aljazeera. They have been the media outlet for Al-Qaeda.

    I have been watching the news here in Indonesia since the story broke. In the hotel here we get all the major news networks, and for those of you who think this is a hoax, when Aljazeera is even reporting that he is dead, you can believe he is dead. It is interesting that the only entity to issue a statement condemning the killing is Hamas who claim he was a "holy Muslim warrior". One former Pakistani official claimed that the killing was unnecessarhy because Bin Ladin was "in retirement".

    Flatmate or "roomie" usually refers to someone with whom you are sharing an apartment or flat to split expences rather than any romantic connection but does not rule out one. I wonder what prompted Kenjiro to off Koichi?

    What prompted him to call the cops - the smell? Maybe he got tired of stepping over poor Ko everytime he had to use the toilet.

    @the odeman:

    Japanese are manic about respecting the dead. I imagine the first step would be identificzation of the remains, DNA, Dental records, articals frecovered with the bodies etc. The japanese are very good at this as they are still identifying remains from WWII. No mass graves here, the remains are returned to the next of kin (whether this will be done before or after cremation would depend on the state of the remains I suppose).

    Maybe we need a U.N. resolution condemning the continuation of this series?

    If you don't like peas, don't eat peas. No need for a U.N. resolution to ban peas.

    The chief executive with the best job approval score, George H. W. Bush at 75% in 1991, ironically went on to lose re-election less than two years later.

    I hope everyone will remember George H.W. Bush announced his intention to run for re-election on 16 May 2003 when his approval rating was one of the highest of any president in history...........we all know what happened then. Obama does not have to popular support Bush had and there is an aweful lot that can happen between now and November 2012.
