Korean air serves the best food in my mind so it is my favorite. They are also very nice. I dislike Air Canada the most.

No question that Kim deserved the gold. Mao screwed up so I thought that if Rochette had skated perfectly she could have overtaken Mao for the silver, she didn't. To be honest after watching Nagasu I thought she might have overtaken Rochette. All in all it ended well I think and everyone got the medals they deserved. Watch out for Nagasu in Sochi.

Stipend, I hope you are not seriously implying that there is a causal relationship between the increase in homelessness in Vancouver and the “own the podium” program.

I already paid for a JAL ticket coming up soon so as long as i don't lose my ticket i don't care who they partner with, just get it done! By the way does anyone know what happens to my ticket if JAL goes under?

Kanku was not bad on the 8th. At the gate we were patted down and everyone's carry ons were searched. They checked the nihonjin just as well as the gaijin. Once we were checked we had to sit in a roped off area which meant that we couldn't leave to go to the bathroom. On top of that the crew was really late. I did't mind though. I was patted down for a domestic flight from SFO later in the day as well, although i much preferred the young woman at Kanku to the old man at SFO. I have been in 3 other airports as well in the last 2 weeks but it seems that the extra security only happens when you are flying into America. Japanese domestic is very lax, as usual, and Canada to Japan is normal.

It doesn't help that most talent shows are a thinly veiled attempt to sell products. The other day there was a whole program where people were talking about the different ways to eat and prepare KFC. Of course, there were KFC commercials during the breaks. I don't see how these programs are much different than the shopping channel. I also can't understand how people keep watching them. Back home people would turn the channel, ratings would plummit, sponsers would withdraw and the show would be cancelled. Why is that not happening here? I don't get it.

I enjoyed sasuke. The people that get to the final stage are amazing. Everything else was garbage.
