you sound like a nice guy now. and that is what people generally do in the other place i has been except china and japan.
well what if i got an answer like,
if by law that particular place is not a non-smoking area, i or any non-smoker would never ask smoker to move. we play by the same rule. it is the rule of manner and respect one another right.

yeah, i know some really stinky person don't really mind awful smell from another people.
people with mental just like that help confirm that social need law to help keep order even with a very little thing like manner. because some time it can be difficult dealing with those having no manners or concern for others.

similar in many way when talk about how they select what to show what not.
but the big difference is its content quality when present.
as any journalist in the world know they job are to answer 5Ws and 1H.
american media doing a better job in answer all of those. sometime i even feel that, they are a kind of digging too much, and i feel sorry for the people/person on the news.
the japanese medias? they fell on that. very few background story. it is exception for any news related to food and eating.
and the sport program is suck. all they do are throat scream, and give very few background history of the opponent but offer more than necessary information of the Japanese side.
all in all, it seem like japanese press don't do homework at all keep telling only what people already knew and saw. often leave big hold fill with questions in the background story.
and they(japan press) use a lot of paper on the presentation. american media go with electronic and CG technology. japan? tons of pen and paper then scrip behind those paper for read.

this is about "smoking ban in public places". smoke is not only related to health issue, but to also the smell can be very distracting and annoying for some. it is just a simple manner in public.
i don't think any can do that. people just compare some time complain which is common. the move to ban smoking in public place came from with in japan by some good japanese that basically care. it is not the result of any gaijin telling japan to run their country. don't be so angry at anyone complaining.

i don't get what smoke doing with hamberger, anyway i can tell my self not eat it if i worry of it danger, but i can not tell my self not to breath for too long! either tell the smoker to keep all the smoke in their lung.
everyone has the right to breath fresh air.

yeah if the local there need to stop fishing for local consumption, it will very very unfair for them.
i don't see what a problem for the countries around Atlantic and Mediterranean to catch it for local consumption, "but still need to be under limited number which i sure they will have to set it up."
why do Miyahara seem so worry about that? or this guy just worry that the local over there will still be able to have the fist but japanese can't? come on you take 80% of the world stock for many year already. cut that80% and let the local have the rest20% or even lower that would help the local and the fish.

read my post well, you see it as insulting, some might see it as freespeech.
yep, the same comment back at you too. it all start with the worlds you choose. they can keep act as they do and the majority can keep look away, and you can also choose to say that they are... whatever you want. thank for free speech that the muslim try to destroy.

i do agree, but i know many muslim haven't been taught that. fear is what many of them thing that it will earn them respect.
now i don't really agree with that. the court is there for people to sue one another for any racial insults. the free world has it system.
to me it is not thing bad for the cartoon. the press is the social best mirror. if the refection is bad needless to blame the mirror. that is what i believe.
if the muslim didn't act as bad as they have done, but they were in fact the nice guy. then some press try to paint them black. it need no muslim to do the action.

sorry a lot of mis-take above, i click submit too fast.
it can be hard to find anyone able to adapt after see what happen to VanGogh! in fact the word "adapt" should go for foreigner such as us in japan.
i don't think all of them do so. sometime people telling the truth, but some people view it as discrimination. truth should not be view as discrimination.
if it unnecessary to keep our value, in this case freespeech, then what is necessary to be in a social that believe in it?
it might not be as constructive in your eyes but it is to some that see a need to telling the muslim how stinky their name are right now. and it is a freespeech for some other. the muslims don't like it? make some catoon or film, make fun of the west. well, they did it in some country, and it is totally ok. but definitely not what happen to VanGogh.
they come to the social that believe in freespeech, what are they expecting to see? if they get piss off that easy, will that be any of my problem? if i get piss off equality easy, will that be any of their problem? if it isn't illegal why do anyone have to take it too serious? if they can not understand this simple idea why did they bother to leave home?
i don't think people should limit their right specially in their home country just because the muslim doesn't like it.

yeah, stop throw fuel on the fire, NOW! ban all of those offensive artwork and writing material as the Muslim asking for. well, don't forget to ban the printing of Koran too, ban some part of it would work too. it is a lot of discrimination writing and a lot of call for revenge and violence to the non-muslimm in that book.
why help keep the free speech work only when it favor the muslim? if they can not stand some expression, how could we?
