I find it ironic that a man capable who killing his wife with a wrench and strangling his own defenseless toddler with his bare hands would be posing with a peace sign. and even more ironic that police would use that same image for their nationwide wanted poster.

so simple yet so complexe. and it gets weirder as the days go by. the 2nd son stabbed the legs of the assailant? so for those who question whether it was an inside job, call the investigators and suggest they check for leg wounds of all relatives who live within the vicinity.

if you read the article carefully, it states that he ran the generator in his bedroom. what are the odds that that man had no intention of taking his daughters along with him? but the fact he didn't have them leave the house before offing himself does imply intent or carelessness.

sure can, what kind of loving father (and maniacal lover) would leave a 4 year old alone with his dying mother.
poor grandma is probably in her mid 50s and gonna have to raise this kid.

lunatic.
I'm trying to make sense of him successfully killing both mother and 1st son who were already in the home when he broke in. 2nd son comes in, gets stabbed in the neck (intent to kill) yet the suspect takes the time to tie him up.. if he knew he wasn't dead but unconscious why not finish the job? if he thought he was dead, why tie him up?
what's more, he washes ONE of the murder weapons and cleans it dry, leaves the other in the sink with the water running. takes the keys and locks the front door then throws them away nearby. oh yeah, and he kills the cat in case it decided to talk. better safe than sorry.
I understand people of this kind of social status are not rocket scientists but this suspect is beyond unusual.
at first I was thinking maybe he was interupted (like by sirens, hence why no wallets were stolen) while he was washing the 2nd murder weapon and just left the water running but then he wouldn't have taken the time to lock the front door.

people should get to chose their own fate, period. either with the help of doctors or by doing it themselves. (but the latter can cause delays at train stations, unnecessary excruciating pain, etc.)
