Aww diddums, did Japan take the French bookie wookie and make them cry?
Seriously though, who the hell cares (except the French)? The author of this article is clearly missing the point by focusing on how easy/difficult food is to prepare - THAT IS NOT THE POINT OF FOOD! If it tastes good, it deserves recognition. As far as I (and, I would hope, any other non-snob) am concerned, if food tastes good and is prepared in a hygienic environment, then I am happy to eat it!

I don't understand the fuss to be honest... Qatar are still saying it CAN be done in the summer with the planned event used in their bid. Do FIFA doubt it that much???

Are you serious?... there is NOTHING to suggest the unit of weight is anything other than around 1kg. A stone is just a small rock. Ok, in British English it's also about 6kgs when talking about weight, but anyone who can throw that well enough would need to be brought onto the olympic shot-put team!

Generally those who incite radicalism are deported from the UK, it's not a case of them being allowed to take a foothold...
Any evidence to back that up?

You could argue that so many western people rush to celebrate the new year of a country they have never visited (well, the Papal State anyway!) so there isn't really any difference between an American and a Japanese person doing this!

Zenny - I think you have found a great compromise to keep everyone happy. I also definately agree that internety usage (often like watching tv) is a way for me personally to kill time when bored so I can also unferstand your final statement haha!
I definately think parents need to work harder to find a good balance rather than simply restricting or not caring. I think a lot of "problems" stem from parents themselves allowing reclusive/unsociable trends from developing and once anything like that begins, it's always much harder to change your ways as it will feel natural to spend all night in front of a computer.

I think that's debatable depending on how you decide to take the comment... I honestly feel the same way that fadamor does. The phrase is not used to directly compare them, but to show their importance within their own 'product range'.

Isn't 6,600 yen a year a tiny amount??? Surely there isn't a whole lot being eaten if that figure is correct... or have I missed something?

The action wasn't bad and the 3d was very good (they used proper cameras, not the tacked-on digital style that Clash Of The Titans went for). The problem is that there was too much jumping around in terms of storyline - it felt as though about 4 movies had been compressed into one and a lot of chances were missed. The ending was also REALLY stupid (though I won't spoil that moment of stupidity/disbelief haha)

I have to disagree with this comment...
As for Erika, she probably has no interest in changing anything - just wants to cause more controversy because she is an attention seeker that people have stopped talking about recently

The problem is, this might help North Korea's position - by constantly 'showing favour' towards America by releasing these idiots, it may give them leverage when negotiating
