I blame the useless education process and curriculum in Japan. The only way to try and prevent these tragedies is through proper sex and parenting education and support awareness programs. But... T.I.J (This Is Japan) and no one in power really cares about anyone else offer than themselves...

JapanGal: I think they mean enact new laws about safety. i.e. why hasn't the government regulary tested for radiation 'ALL' playgrounds and other areas that children use on a daily basis? I know why, because there is no rule or law to tell them what do to... Instead, the government tested a few random places just to appear concerned...

Pssh! Narcissistic Government morons listen carefully. Unlike what you delude yourself into believing, foreigners do not think Japan is the best place in the world to visit. They are not all waiting with their passports at the ready waiting for your permission to come here any enjoy your mystique propaganda... Yes Japan is a nice place to visit. Fortunately though, thanks to the news on YouTube most foreigners have seen your endless incompetence, corruption and lies since 3/11. Add to this the expensive Yen and it all starts to add up (well for us it does)...
So I hate to burst your bubble but 18 million tourists a year by 2016 is not going to happen...

Is it just me, or do most Japanese get seriously aggravated when receiving criticism or being asked to do something by someone 'they' consider to have a lower social status? Is it just because they do not know how to handle criticism?
Remember the old guy on the plane to Hawaii a month or two? He too got angry when he was asked to do something by the stewardess...

This is just the beginning. Expect things only to get worse, because there are no signs of improvement on the horizon and the government has no clue what to do about it.
We all know Japan is on a slippery slope. Nothing will improve whilst the country is run by incompetent morons who still believe that Japan is superior or somehow special... Wake up you arrogant baboons and stop living in the past, you are destroying the country because of your stubbornness and lack of common sense and your rigid belief in the 'old ways' of doing things...

Typically, those with money or who are comfortable like the queen and royal family. Where as most with no money or who live in a constant state of struggle dislike the who concept of a monarchy, because they see it as a waste of money...
As a Brit myself, I think when the queen dies I think we should have a National referendum on whether to continue or abolish the monarchy...
I personally think the queen is a lovely old bird, but as others have said the UK has many lovely old girls. I am mixed on whether the monarchy is a good or bad thing. Why? Because I cannot help thinking what does the UK have to offer or feel proud of if the monarchy is abolished. Hmmm he ponders...

The government should be dragged back onto TV and explain the 'cold shut down' claim they made not long ago. They are all liars and thus extremely dangerous to all of us.
We all need to arise and evict the government. They've had far too may chances, yet they continue to act like selfish, incompetent and ignorant morons. They need to be removed from office.

We humans have only been around for a blink of an eye in evolutionary time. Animals lived in harmony with their surrounding for 100's of millions of years before we came along.
Face it, we humans are the cancer of the planet. These Zoo's are selfish and pathetic. Real animal sanctuaries with suitable living conditions (that replicate the wild) I can understand, but these (mainly concrete) small enclosures are an insult to our fellow earthlings. We all deserve the right to live in reasonable comfort... Anyone who visits these places and enjoys staring at animals purely for their shallow entertainment has no respect for animals... Without customers these 'chambers of horror' would not exist...
