i think it is because they do servicing of the tracks at night as you know Japanese very big on upkeep, much better than western countries who let their infrastructure rot

does everyone remember the "stalker" craze in the mid 90s, i think there was even a couple of TV Dramas on the subject there is no question that mizushobai increases exposure to such activities, just like walking through Times Square with 100 dollar bills hanging out of your pocket makes you more likely to be mugged neither deserves but a once of precaution is worth a kilo of cure

i think most people want to say "no", meaning that each country has its own right to decide to make nukes or not however, since that answers scares the hell out of us, 52% say yes, they don't have the right

they all know what the game is, like Japan didn't use all the tricks in the Nagano Games, isn't Tsutsumi still in Jail? Didnt the original Salt Lake committee get disbanded for their own bribe scandal? it is Rio's / Brasil's time and that is that i don't see Japan getting its time for the games in a long time

if you read local papers from the other candidate cities, you can see the people bash Mayor Daley, or Lulu I am disappointed, feel tokyo may not get another shot in my lifetime, so many cities waiting for their chance on the stage Cairo, Dubai, etc

http://www.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/asiapcf/10/01/japan.savoie.custody/index.html he says "in Japan, they think my wife is the victim) why did he make a break for the consulate and scream at guards if he didn't think he did anything wrong you need to obey the law of where you are why do americans always think American Law follows them regardless of what country they are in?
