Give this guy a knighthood. He called this crisis - oil and the rest of it, long before they zapped ENRON!!! White Venezuelans love to pour scorn on him yet are reaping the benefit of being a 'loved' Venezuelan when they travel abroad on business.

We've got a lot of folks who don't pay taxes screaming, "Hey you're not going to stick the bill on me!" And there's the guy saying, "We can't have the tax payer foot the bill" while he's missing the fact that the money will all be returned with interest. No such thing as "free bail". Remember Chrysler? Wooh... the treasury department made out like a bandit when Ioccoca paid it back. McCain needs to be honest for a change and simply say I don't understand it - the crisis and its implications, the whole bail out system, the market control theory... afterall I'm an ex-fighter pilot.

Three years ago I started to get unsolicited calls from Asian property dealers in Hawaii asking me if I wanted to make quick money. They said all you have to do is come out for a few days - the bank pays, you bid on a foreclosed property and then sell it to the bank - they'll give you the money to buy the property and tell you the price you'll get the place for. I put out a stack of messages to US regulators - not a single one replied.

WillieB: It has nothing to do with Islam. Go back to the cold war. The proxey wars uncle sam and the russians had going. Or read Kipling. It has been the favorite western scam - to use religious belief in getting people to fight or not fight in the region. Remember when the British army lost a battle because it's local soldiers were told that the oil paper covering their bullets was made from pig fat? The fighters being muslim of course would not bite open the packs lt alone touch them. Mohammed AL Zhiaq - anybody remember him - Sep '88 I believe they got him - a basket of mangoes knocked his chopper from the sky. The root cause of America's problem with Pakistan goes back to that time. Hey even Rambo turned against the mujahadeen/taliban. Oh let's ask about Najibulla. Who forced the UN to hand him over to the taliban? Pakistan is basically saying, "Jiggle your memories a little before you through all these problems our way. You repeatedly created these monsters and in our back yard too. Now you're telling us to smoke them out? How about sharing the dossier - who did you work with to set up the mujahdeen and it's decents?

Time for Mbeki to spill the beans on Zimbabwe before they knock him off. South Africa (ANC) is really shaking in its boots now. I called it a while back. Mbeki knew what he was doing with ZImbabwe - saving somebdy's hide in SOuth Africa. But unfortunately Zuma was that person's enemy.

World Leaders the article says. But none are mentioned. Colombia's persident is not a world leader, neither is the ex-coca cola manger - Kazai, a world leader. Kissenger who couldn't even stand-up to Nixon's anti-semetic views is certainly not a leader of anything. A world leader has influence - the German chanceller for instance, the French President, the Chinese, British, Russian heads of state are world leaders. I wish one of these insignificant characters she so-called met was carrying a wire. And it kinder makes me feel like how famous and respected people who visit Japan are reduced to ridiculous TV interviews and prank shows as an introduction to the Japanese people.

Scrote and Bebert: This is only the beginning - if you'll recall my warning. Mbeki has been 'removed' but the same bastards that orchestrated the attack on Zim - Mandela, Blair and the Asian guy. They took down the Zambian and prosecuted him in London. He refused to assist them. Mbeki knew what Mandela did and refused to be part of it. Now the rapist is falling for it or was part of the original bunch of terrorists that attacked Zim for screwing up South Africa's looting of the DRC. Let's wait until the Israelis start to spill the beans on Zuma and Mandela. P.S. Rhodesia is dead and forgotten so get over it.

Cannabis: the drug any ramen eater will test positive for.
Poor sods. I saw it during the Nagano Olympics. As an athlete who was tested more than twenty times and as a researcher for IAAF banned substances I have known for years that people are being punished for ingesting cannabis seeds used in spice mixes. Worse still is that cannabis resin oil used in a number of Asian cuisines will produce positive tests. Even more likely to register positive than for smoking the weed. Japanese police are aware of the fact - in Hiroshima they told me that the seeds (which are sold in any pet food shop, spice shop...) are not illegal except when cultivated.

He's denying it yet this morning on "The Situation Room" he was saying the surge goes back to 2006!!!! He's turning the lie into a fact. Obama's people proved that his surge success claim was a fiery tale. The Sunni sheik's he's been calling a result of the surge actually inspired the surge through their revolt against Al Quaida in Iraq. And their work had changed Iraq - Ramadi a good half year before the bleedin' surge.

Republic - your knowledge about Zimbabwe's crisis is as reliable as Colin Powell's on Iraq's WMDs. Zimbabwe's economy was intentionally destroyed by South Africa and Britain in 1997-1998. Ask the Japanese ministry of foreign affairs. Better still call Muneo Suzuki and Koizumi. The British embassy can tell you about the people it sent with cash offers to Mazda in November 1997 explaining that the balck Zimbabweans would be put through 18 months (max) of hell to get them to overthrow Mugabe who they noted had cost their multi-nationals through loss of mineral concessions in Zaire. Russia and China know the facts because they were also approached and asked to stand aside. Mbeki can vouch for it. Hell why I am telling you this when there is nothing you can do about it... Mugabe is a victim of treachery by members of his own party who were conned into the plot. The CFU, the ZCTU, the Jo'burg stock exchange all don't deny what I am saying - why should you.

Let's not forget the additional 13 years of UDI we were subjected to the first time the US used its UN veto - in support of Britain's objection to independence for Zimbabwe in 1967!

RepublicofTexas] NGOs are as welcome in my country as Gordan Brown is. Go back to 1997 and see what was done by Standard Bank of South Africa. Stop pretending not to hear what I am saying. Zimbabwe was broken in 1997 because of the Congo intervention which spoilt South Africa's rape of Mobuto's Zaire. We even arrested 3 US men armed with 36 rifles and pistols on their way to the Katanga - and your State Department said they were missionaries!!!!! The crap about multi-nationals destroying African countries and armchair liberals crying gabbage about evil African leaders has run its course. Mugabe outwitted you. I can't wait to see him die just to prove how wrong you are.

Mugabe is not the issue. What China and Russia have had the guts to say is that there is more to Zimbabwe than the BBC is telling. I dread the look on the US ambassador's face this time next year when the speech he just made in the UN turns out to be another Powell. For god's sake stop saying you're worried about the poor people of Zimbabwe. I am those poor people and what we are saying is help us from Britain and South Africa. Mugabe isn't the one that stopped our food production - it was Standard Bank of South Africa. Mugabe isn't the one that occupied the fallow farms - it was the MDC, the Socialists and the farm workers themselves! Do your research and spare us the humiliation. Better still, drag Tony Blair, Peter Hain, Claire Short, Gordan Brown and Nelson Mandela before the UN and ask them about 1997.
