Whatever, as much as I am not a fan of Cheney he's right on this issue. In the eternal words of my grandfather "sh*t or get off the pot" Obama's "careful consideration" is wasting precious time. You're the commander in chief now act like one and listen to your generals.

I heard that Guns and Roses was not on the playlist. I would think that "My Michelle" at 11 would surely make an islamic funide spill the beans. Great song by the way. Ac/Dc, NIN, REM, Marilyn Manson, Pearl Jam, even the Beegees but I would tell you anything you wanted if you blasted Brittney Spears.

Sheeple, was this picture before or after he pled guilty. Anyway he pled guilty so there won't be any show to see. Go back to your sewing circle or ikibana club or whatever you do while your salaryman husband is at the office.

What is this opposite world? When I agree with Cheney you know the world has shifted on its axis. He's right, this along with the spat with Fox news is making Obama look like a child in over his head. When you pick a general you trust and then won't head his requests for more troops what message are you sending as commander in chief?

LoveUSA: I don't know about you but our school had seasonal dances starting at 6th grade which would have been 11 years old. I doubt Sarge is exagerating myself, I was in 4th grade when I started to discover girls, didn't know quite what to make of them but knew I wanted to be around them.

Iran is trying to take people's eye off the ball again. I have a friend who is Iranian and lived through and initially supported the revolution but later had to flee. His comment was that the American response to the revolution solidified Iranians behind the radical clerics and strengthened their hand (as they felt abandoned and attacked by the US). If the US was dumb enough to try to foment a revolution this way it will only drive the Iranian people into the arms of their leaders even if they don't support them.

sarge: I think I smell a libertarian streak. I agree the big problem is the tangle of regulations. This should have come from the republicans as they supposedly value state's rights but thye've gone so far off track that they oppose the measure.

Good, maybe we will get to where Canada is, pot's not quite legal but everyone looks the other way. Mary Jane is the least harmful of recreational drugs and the money spent on prosecuting college kids is a huge waste. That's to say nothing of the prosecution or maybe persecution of medical dispenceries. One step at a time we'll end the war on drugs we've been losing since Reagon was in power.

So what is it that you're trying to achieve? Is it that you don't want students who don't have a boyfriend or girlfriend to feel bad or are you trying to deny that people couple at even that young age? I don't buy the "good example for younger students" line at all. Maybe normal human behavior makes the administrators nervous. Once again big brother lives.

Safety and security is going to be a much bigger headache in Rio than even Chicago much less Tokyo. Good luck to Brazil but Rio is not a safe city by any means, the police have a lot of work ahead of them.

Not my taste but I love Brown for poking a sharp stick in the eyes of both puritans and uppity art critics. "Nazi's are Sexy" couldn't do better than that to p*ss off just about anyone.

I doubt we would be so stupid as to back an insurgency in Iran as then we would have to deal with those insurgents if they ever took power. The US has made a ton of mistakes in the middle east, here's hoping we learned something from our support of the Northern Alliance against the Soviets in Afghanistan.
