An act of children. The rightists of Japan, another group of children, are green with envy…

Booking X Japan is pretty bold for Lollapalooza. They usually stick to safe well known crap like Beck and shoegazer acts. The only two years that "alternative" festival was trully "alternative" was 1992 with Ministry and 1995 with the Jesus Lizard. Those bands are way more whacked out than X Japan but still booking a foreign act is surprising. Still loses something without Hide, he was known in the US and respected among metal and punk musicians. As an aside, I'm surprised that Lollapalooza is now a stationary act as the festival used to play around the US for the whole summer.

Bebert61: GM is being sued by the union for retiree healthcare money they're owed too and GM says "that was the old GM". When a company goes bankrupt and is nationalized there is very little recourse. That said the piling on Toyota thing is just posturing you are correct.

Debucho: You are right on the money. I think LaHood is correct but shouldn't be making these kind of statements publicly.

I'm missing the point of this article are we addressing the plumetting marine resources or the changes in diet of young people? Anyway aside from dolphins, whales and tuna I don't see that Japanese food culture is endangered, if anything Japanese food has spread around the world and is more prevalent than ever.

Well I'm pretty sure the military budget will have to increase if the US goes home. If the SDF is in such a state it's because the US has been doing the heavy lifting for all these years.

The scene from "The Shining" where the bear is giving the dude in the tuxedo a BJ. Ok, maybe not but this is just weird and creepy. Could pass for a still from a music video for any of the 90s Chicago punk metal bands.

He's still on commercials for some investment company in the states. He looks good and the ads are pretty funny, must have been filmed a while ago. It's a shame no one should suffer through cancer like that, my great uncle passed the same way.

Yeah, I wouldn't have complied. I watch old cockers on the train all the time pushing and shoving and then scolding younger people for manners. Dryed out lonely old people who want to share their misery.

What a stupid question, does Del Toro in any way seem like he'd be an herbivore? Dude's a man's man like Clint Eastwood, I could see that question for DiCaprio maybe.
