I should have caught this before my comment on the people cueing up to hear the verdict. Good, suspended sentence but don't you think we could have saved a lot of pain, effort and money if we hadn't turned this miniscule posession case into a three ring circus?

You never aim a weapon be it a gun or a bow when someone is down range. This most certainly is gross negligence but in a way I feel for the shooter too, how messed up is the rest of his life going to be?

I thought this might be someone I know but luckily it's not. This is what happens when Japan refuses to enforce parental rights except when those rights of the Japanese citizen. It's worst for the kids however when the custody fight goes down like this.
