It is a great story. It is good to hear that the high-schooler acted qickly upon her instincts and trusted her teachers enough to call her school, then the people at the school listened and did something, and then the police were organized and acted effectively and quickly.

Internet makes it difficult to control such things. The most effective law, recently, has been that countries prosecute sex-crimes committed abroad by their own citizens. Germans now have child-sex in Thailand and get arrested and prosecuted back in Germany.
