I'm not surprised, Australians are really fat. They probably lead the world with the most sun-damaged skin as well. Americans are outrageously fat too, but in general better looking.

If it ain't good enough for Prince Andrew then it ain't good enough for me. After all he spends time at the abomination that is Buckingham palace. With all the nice hotels in Tokyo now, why stay at such places as the Palace or Imperial? They suck.

Sorry it is not truly an accident if the roof activities are not supportive and/or dexterity. Dexterity is a factor in this. Children need to be in better shape and withstanding awkward circumstances. Thsi would not have happened in the Edo period.

Was he a fat boy? Such a window should not collapse under the weight of the average 35kg body for such an age, even if he was jumping. Maybe the school is an old building and quality of construction is dilapidation to the same state as Chinese infrastructure.
