enough with the meetings just build the thing already, the longer they stuff around the more rushed theyre going to be, which means extra cost to the contructions firms and cost blowouts. at this rate the stadium will just be a second class world facility that may even become an embarrassment to japan. A country that prides itself on world clas contruction.

murder rates rising or not, most Japanese people have a higher risk of killing themselves than other people. so if you want to add suicides into the equation, since suicide rates are a reflection of a countries mental health, and since a murderers mental health is almost always questionable. Safe from abduction/murders most probably, safe from self inflicted murder? probably not.

Oh please. Japan is a very safe place. For kids. For adults. For everyone. compared to many other countries this is true, but not as safe as many parents seem to think. many of the child murders in Japan have been from parents that have let the kids out at night, either thinking its perfectly safe or not really caring. either way the rising murder rates in Japan suggest it isnt as safe as it use to be

@Daniel Neagari well I was in your position many years ago, my first job paid less than $8000 a year had no money to my name and certainly no wealthy family member to sponge off. but over the years through hard work ive built my wealth and business up to a level were I can say im well off but certainly not very rich. Ive paid taxes on evrything ive earned and bought. now the government wants to take another big slice (double tax) on what ive worked hard for. if you calculate itll probably be well over 60% of everything ive earned. how fair is it to basciallly give away more than half your working life in taxes. that closer to slavery than not. while somebody whos lazy and prefers to get government welfare pays very little tax. wheres the incentive to work hard to get ahead!?

yep just as predicted, the only way to stop this problem is to get tough, the EU should turn the refugee boats back before they enter international waters, itll save hundreds of lives and stop the growing problem of illegal immigrants. It has worked well for Australia and there has been no deaths from crossings since they got tough. Humanitarians will cry foul but there will be much bigger problems in the EU if they dont stop this flood soon.

These islands are as Japanese as is Hokkaido actually theyre now Russian, so unless Japan is willing to give a substantial monetary or political gift to Russia I dont see them coming back to Japan anytime soon. Russia will just milk Japan for all shes worth on this topic. Russia has Japan by the nads on these islands

But some aides close to Abe have signalled that additional easing was unwelcome as it could spur further yen falls that push up import costs and raise the cost of living for households. well isnt that what the 2% inflation target was meant to do? these clowns dont know if there coming or going! what the government need to do is make it law that J companies must raise wages at least at the same rate as inflation.

.apologists don't realize that Japanese are laughing at him, not with him well im laughing at you since you dont really understand what a comedians job is. good comedians dont care if people are laughing at them, which is actually better becuase when there laughing with them it means there making fun of some other group, person, thing. All that matters is people think hes funny and they laugh

** there is no foreign territory in Japan.** seriously you need to read the UN rules about foreign embassies. an embassy in Japan or any other country is sovereign land of that country. The prime minister of Japan couldnt go into any foreign embassy in Japan without the permission of that countries government and certainly not any J police. The whole point is to have a presence in a country while maintaining your sovereignty as a country without the risk of harassment, infiltration, occupation. The same goes for Japanese embassies in the US, Australia NZ UK etc etc. There are UN laws agreed on by the UN member countries, for which Japan is one. If you dont believe it read the UN charter.

Japan is letting US to use the land based on the treaty. Not US territory. yes it is most definately US territory otherwise J police, J polititions wouldnt have to ask permission or be invited on those bases. Its treated as foreign embassy grounds. Japan has no right to enter these grounds unless there is a terrorist / national threat on those grounds. Judging by the amount a weapons kept on these grounds even if they wanted to I doubt even try to enter forcefully.
