as sense just said, if you want to murder somebody its best you keep them locked up and continue to rape them until they die, that way you can only get 6yrs in prison instead on life or death. seriously the legal systems in many countries arnt perfect, Japans seems to be run by Looney tunes & friends.

@Toshiku Toyota do make LHD vehicles in Japan for export, there are many LHD markets other than the US that import vehicles from Japan, while the Toyotas in this photo may be made in the US, the majority of Landcruisers/Prados LHD & RHD are made in Japan

@powderb totally agree, too many people have children for the sake of having children. some people make useless parents, and some people would make excellent parents but chose not too for many reasons. I love my kids dearly and Im not a perfect father, but if I lived my life again and I met a woman that I loved that couldnt have or didnt want to have children then id happily go without having children. Some call it selfish, being a good parent take a lot of money time effort. If you cant at least supply an acceptable amount of each then dont have children

LOL now theyre boarding boats to go after the smugglers, sound very much like the effective Australian policies towards boat people. These same policies that were lambasted by many EU countries only a few months ago. Starting to understand the only way to stop this tsunami on people is to get tough on the smugglers and the fake asylum seekers of which there are many.

in the main cities an extension to say 2 or 3am could be justified, or even all night on Friday/ Saturadays. Nothing worse going out to party and having to come back at 12am just when all the fun is starting, except maybe getting screwed by the taxi service to drive you home .

toshiko, The cars look like left side handled. So like USA made. LHD vehicles are made in japan as well, just the vast majority are exported. I use to export used vehicles and parts for a living, and the Landcruiser Prado, Nissan Patrol/Safari main customers were middle east and Russia. Toyota including Corolla Parado Landcruiser fetch a premium price over other makes why!? Ive asked plenty of Russians, Pakistanis, UAE, Sireans, Iranians etc, that come to Japan to buy used vehicles and parts the answers I always get is the same, "they really break down even in the harshest conditions and parts are affordable and in plentiful supply" Now if the US would just study the automotive markets in those countries theyd clearly see why.

Let them have the shiny Toyotas, it's not armored so it just makes them easier to target and a pleasure take out. the humvee or another light armoured vehicles are easy to take out with 20mm round or Hellfire missiles from a A-10 Warthog or Apache Gunship. Or even a IED. What the Landcruiser does have over the LAV , Humvee is speed.

*Where was the tick box for "do you want to restart nuclear reactors" YES/NO in the last two elections? *
where was the tick box for the consumption tax to be raised YES/NO, where was the tick box for Japan to hunt whales in Antartica YES/NO, wheres the tick box for the other 500+ J gov policies YES/NO. Abe and his cronies were voted in so dont be butthurt when policies you dont like are passed. If you dont like it vote for someone else. But I doubt any party would shut down all the N reactors for good.

very simple Toyota has a huge customer base in the Middle east, they are one if not the most reliable 4x4 vehicle you can buy, they can handle the extreme heat , sand of the desert and the extreme cold. Just ask any Russian which 4x4 is the best to own in Russia during winter.

Ichiro is all about the personal numbers, its very unlikely hell win a world series. He should have gone to a team that had a chance of winning it while he was in his prime. Now hell just be remembered as All Star who never got a ring

considering the US Feds QE took around 4 yrs and $4trillion+ before any noticeable results were seen. Japan QE has a ways to go yet.

@travelingsales exactly my point. if your not a PR and desperate use Shinsei bank, but youll end up paying for it in higher interest rates, shorter loan duration, higher monthly payments, due to the loan being of higher risk to them. If you can wait and or obtain PR then a loan with one of the other big banks will give you a better deal. In my case the SMBC loan saves me millions of yen in interest compared to Shinsei, like I said PR is highly desirable if you want to get the best deal.

China should be welcomed only after they agree to stop being the product counterfeiting center of the known universe. which is why China probably wont join, it could never agree to the rules of the TPP. But thats fine plenty of other asian nations are happy to sell almost tariff free into the US/Japan

So China don't need to joint TPP. well since Japan and the US GDP dwarf all the other asian GDPs combined, those countries in the TPP will have a trade advantage over China selling into the US / Japan. The US/Japan are Chinas biggest trading partners. The only way China can now bring back a balance is to have a FTA with Japan/US or join the TPP. Japan/US know this so it will be doubtful theyll have bilateral FTA with China instead requiring China to join the TPP. Chinas government will be required to open there markets under the TPP rules should they decide to join. While its
not a "Checkmate" its certainly a "Check"

as M3 just said, itl be ready, but the extra costs in finishing the stadium on time will blow out the costs, which defeats the purpose of designing a new stadium, quality will be replaced with quantity
Posted in: The selection of a new Olympic stadium design is due in November. The delays in starting construction have raised the risk that the structure may not be ready by early 2020 as promised. What do you think?

I reflexively distrust large corporations and governments. As should everyone. well that doesnt leave much products available for the consumer if large corp and governments arnt involved does it!?
