Ikea Which would mean cheaper furniture, lower quality, made in wherever tables, and no service at all. actually im very app with the sofa i bought at Ikea 4-5 years ago, still going strong and at a great price, had no quality issues whatsoever, the money I saved i went went one size bigger on the big screen TV I purchased. I could have easily bought a brand sofa for 4 times as much, but it certainly wouldnt last 4 times a long. in 20yrs itd be way outdated anyways. Quality furniture doesnt need to have a premium price attached, thank god for competition.

Okinawans just have to live with the fact that the US base will be there no matter what, short of a declaration on war and independance from Japan.

yep should go to Australia there are hidden speed cameras everywhere, its just revenue raising disguised as road safety. notice how they want to introduce it when government revenues are bad low but road safety levels are the near the best on record.

lesson 1, hide as much about whats happening from the public as possible, lesson 2. look as if you know what you doing even if you have NFI, refuse outside help because you think you know best. lesson 3. waste as much money as you can (mostly because of lesson 2.) in the cleanup. repeat this cycle and you all set

but he can't walk down the street here in Japan without causing a huge stir. actually he could wear normal clothes hat and glasses and nobody would even recognise him, id be surprised if he hasnt done this already, with a few undercover guards with him, just a few buddies out strolling through the streets

competition is good, having an extra lender will give borrowers (world governments) more bargaining power when it comes to interest rates charged

parents need to have there children learn to swim at an early age, even if you dont live near the beach, lake etc etc. my son started to learned to swim at age 3 now aged 6 hes in the local swimming team and loves it. learning to swim wont always stop you from drowning itll increase you chances of survival 100 fold compare to somebody that cant.

It is better to be careful a hundred times than to be killed once. youd have more chance of being killed in a car accident driving to mt Fuji than actually being hit in the head by a flying rock. might be safer to walk than drive a car, might be safer to take a bus instead of walking, maybe taking a train is safer than a bus. maybe staying at home altogether is the safest option. may as well wear my helmet inside just in case theres a earthquake and the house collapses on me. cant live your life worrying about how you may be killed. using common sense is your best option and not over reacting

while i hope those companies are fined if proven guilty, I think its more a ploy to direct criticism away from the Brazilian Gov which is plagued with corruption.

    • Wonder what happens next.* they accept what the previous governor agreed or see more funding cut to the Island. cant change the rules half way through the game. the base needs to go somewhere and Okinawans needs to live with the fact that its going to be in Okinawa. If they dont like it they could always declare independance and go it alone.
