Anyways, Japan should forget about Iran oil forever and buy oil (& natural gas) from Canada. Geez, it may be too late to buy big oil shipments from Canada as Canada has already made big oil deals with China and the US. Japan always loses out to slow decision-making.

WHO needs to put more boots on the ground here in Japan. They will tell you (inside) we don't have enough manpower and financial resources to do a thorough job.. They probably just take a lot of what the Japanese gov't and TEPCO tell them.
