It seems like this issue show up couple times yearly. It's definitely Japanese began with it this time. I believe everyone here know that's some politician's show, however those who really represent some part of Japanese view or something like pride under feeling of inferiority. It's almost the only outlet for those pitiful minds, they can't go to northern islands, they can't go to Tokto island, they even imagine their Ryukyu was occupied by those who actually protect them! At this time a man need VIAGRA(Senkaku/Diaoyu)! I want everyone here let it be and don't mind too much.

I agreed with u so the "occupy the wallstreet activity" coming. My point is that the founders of PRC told Chinese people they would make a paradise for the poor before they built PRC! But their followers actually go the opposite way. However, even the US society system isn't good also, founders of the US didn't cheat American.

Exactly, now China is paradise of the capitalists and hell of the poor! The four small stars by that big one(=communist party) supposed to be capitalist, landlord, businessmen and the like but labor, farmer... etc. Fathers of Chinese communist party must have cried loudly in their grave.

I could understand Japanese worrying over all the situation. However, Chinese was victim without doubt and Taiwanese was definitely the worst victim. Luckily it's our fathers, not us, who really went through all bad time.

I really don't want to go off topic, but I need to correct your wrong understanding about Chinese History. Actually when Kakuei Tanaka betrayed Taiwan to set up relationship with PRC in 1972, he visited China and Mao said: welcome, my friend, CCP should thank to JP! JP's intrusion of China rescued us from termination and finally take power of whole China. You could read autobigraphy of Kakuei Tanaka to see the detail.

How you guys think if oneday 2 strangers fighting fiercely in your home for the ownership of part of your house? So this 'Black Christmas' was a truely sad story, especially for Chinese! Do you guys understand why Chinese react to outside threat so strongly nowadays?

80 billion yen ? Actually, it's far too cheap! not only people like to say " no free luunch...", but also I would like to say that Japan got the "protection service" deserve minimum 80 billion USD per year !! how can some people complain hereabove? It's like someone enjoyed 5-star hotel service and later on ask hotel manager: why your meal in more expensive than the samething 7-Eleven provided? Moreover, This "big brother" behind your so you only can talk loudly around neighborhood! How much more you should pay for that?

(Taiwan, ROC) is elder brother to (China, PRC) in Chinese Family. We don't need others to discuss what we should do. Diaoyu (Senkaku) is purly our family business. Suppose someone hate today's Communist China, please complain to JP because JP's intrusion to China made Communist grew up , you also could complain to the US because ROC didn't get support from the US, WWII old friend, to fight Communist during civil war from 1945 - 1949.

Diaoyu (Senkaku) is definitely belonging to Taiwan! Even Japanese ancient map (before JP occupied Ryukyu islands) showed Senkaku was part of Taiwan, not part of Ryukyu.

I really doubt if Japan can build and keep a base there, even a small one. Suppose Japan can do it, why JP need protection of the US?
