I guess the westernization has take the balls out of Japanese system of real justice. Back then in the past everyone carried a sword to hack away the villians, and angry mob will avenge the injustice, now you have the weak floral laws to decorate this decadent system of unjust....sigh....

This will definitely encourage nation of devious individuals "underage" to completely take advantage of this chance of the lifetime opportunity to do whatever they want sexually and get away with it. I guess laws are written to protect all the criminals they can cover, of course all murderers, rapists, sick bastards all have their right in to inflict pain of their surrounding and to have the state feed them for the rest of their lives when caught. This kind of law is a comedy farce....
