Actress Koyuki, 32, was voted “Entertainer who would have the best face without make-up,” according to a survey carried out by consumer product firm Unilever Japan in September. Actress Miho Kanno, 32, came in a distant second and actress Keiko Kitagawa, 23, was close behind her in third place.
The survey asked 600 men and women in their 20s and 30s about the beauty of entertainers and other public figures’ skin, with the results released ahead of “Beautiful Skin Day” – a special day coined by Unilever – this Sunday. The company hopes to highlight the importance of skin and hair care as the air becomes drier with winter approaching.
Another question asked people which politician would have the best face without make-up. Hachinohe City councilwoman Yuri Fujikawa, 29, finished on top, above House of Representatives member Yuko Obuchi, 35, with fellow member Shinjiro Koizumi, 28, rounding out the top three.
