I'm a bit disgusted with those still trying to defend this bonehead. Tyrone Hadnott's actions and only Tyrone Hadnott's actions landed him in prison for three years, destroyed his career and family. There's no one else to blame but Mr. Hadnott himself.

I don't know whether or not it's true about avoiding subtitled movies but I've always heard that if a foreign movie is successful elsewhere it will be remade for the American audience. Give them time to get rid of it? How about something like this,"Anyone found in possession of child porn will be prosecuted effective immediately." Then they have time to get rid of it before they get caught.
