Mental Illness being a leading cause of suicide is no surprise, in any country or place. Health problems and mental illness are not the same though are they? Certain aspects of Japanese society and culture may be a benefit to people diagnosed with mental illness.

after 7 years in japan ive been back in america 5 months now and havent heard of a single parricide. but in the five months that I left japan, there have been at least two. japan has got to be parricide capital of the world.
