Hi-res audio system wirelessly plays DND audio

Pioneer is going to release an audio system called Stellanova in late December. It was on display at CEATEC 2014 in October.

Stellanova is able to play back hi-res audio files (DSD 5.6MHz, PCM 192kHz/24bit) saved on iPhone, iPad and HDD wirelessly through the dedicated iPhone/iPad application.

It is a set comprising a wireless unit (APS-WF02), USB-DAC built-in amplifier (APS-DA101) and passive speaker set (APS-SP1019). You will be able to buy it as a set (amp+wireless unit+speaker or amp+speaker) as well as a single item. The wireless unit (APS-WF02) has 4 USB ports and it can connect to multiple USB devices such as an external HDD and optical disk drive.

In addition to the specs, the pentagon-shaped wireless unit and amplifier are stylish and modern. Each unit has 4 different color choices so that you can choose your favorite colors to match the interior design in your room.
