Nikon has released its new FX format full-frame DSLR D750. The D750 adopts the 35mm full-size Nikon FX format CMOS sensor (24.32MP) and EXPEED 4 image processor. Nikon has added a Wi-Fi function and a tiltable back monitor (3.2inch, 1.229 dot) to a Nikon FX format model for the first time, and the monitor can be used as a live view finder.
D750 has a drop-proof/dustproof body with monocoque design, which helps to enhance the strength of the camera as well as make it lighter and smaller.
It supports a 51-point auto-focus system, continuous shooting speed of 6.5 fps, ISP 100-12800 (expandable from 50 to 51200), and full HD movie shooting at 1080/60p.
- D750 (only the body) - 230,000 yen
- D750 24-85VR Lens Kit (D750 + AF-S NIKKOR 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G ED VR lens) - 285,000 yen
- D750 24-120VR Lens Kit (D750 + AF-S NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4G ED VR) - 308,000 yen

Drop proof body? That is quite a claim, but does it refer to just the casing or what is inside, too?

The body-only price is roughly the same as the price in the U.S. Surprising - I thought camera equipment was always more expensive in Japan.
