Yamaha will release its new slim TV surround sound system SRT-1000 in early September.
You use SRT-1000 by placing it directly under the TV (up to 55-inch 40kg model). With Yamaha's original Digital Sound Projector technology, the sound of the TV program turns into a beam that echoes off walls so that the TV sounds becomes more powerful and of better quality.
Since SRT-1000 supports Bluetooth, you can play music in Bluetooth compliant devices such as smartphones and tablets, and use these devices as a remote control of SRT-1000 if you install the dedicated application called HOME THEATER CONTROLLER.

What a waste of money!

I bought HT-CT370 by Sony for a lot less than this. Plug and play is the only way to go.
If I have to install anything other than my butt on the sofa, it is a naturally pass.
