What happened to MLB all stars? Wonder they were just unlucky or get weaker?

Not really an 'all star' squad and it is sometimes like a vacation for them here. The Japanese teams are always more motivated. Japanese baseball as seen in the World Baseball Classic is no longer a pushover.

As long as seeing their faces of all stars playing there as professional, they didn't look like tourists on vacation at least.

What happened? Samurai Japan fielded a better team than MLB did, that's all. There's a lot of talented players in NPB, and MLB would be wise to remember that.

it was clear the actual skill level (MLB) letting a ball fly over the head a making small effort to return it to the infield not running down slow balls and making a 100% throw for an out(MLB) 9th inning heat off the mound. JP players could hardly keep up ..... JUST FOR FUN right ?!?!
