I remember reading some 5 or so years ago that some person discovery that installing a system for inflight WiFi on an airplane would cost $1,000. Today were charged $10 or more per flight for this service. This is a major income maker for all these mis-managed airlines who can't keep their heads above water. Sigh...again

A survey conducted by a global communications provider with a vested interest in a positive outcome?
Well, that must be impartial!
Many passengers are not looking forward to their neighbours 'Skyping' in a loud voice all the way from New York to Tokyo.

Sad. As unpleasant as air travel can be, I relished the one place where I could really disconnect for a day. No phone calls, no emails. Just being. Just me and my crappy meal on my little food tray in economy. It was bliss.
