Turkey's involvement ostensibly to destroy IS is a ploy to kill Kurds. Turkey has been complicit in the sale of oil bankrolling IS as convoys of tankers openly cross it's border from Syria. If Turkey was serious about destroying IS, it could, but won't.

crazyjoe, correct. its also a fact that kerry threatened the kurds with withdrawal of US support if they were too successful with territorial gains in their fight against ISIS.

Turkey and Russia were talking, so Russia knows this was coming. Hopefully, Russia told Syria.
