Those Polish bond rates are still very high for all the accolades in the article and the question is why? Low rates equal safety. Is Poland safe enough for Japanese investors to jump in?

I would have thought Australian Treasury Bond would be a better option, although its slightly lower @ 3.25% it does provide safety for investors.

It is safer than the Eurozone, regardless what problems Poland has.
