Chinese government restricted Chinese people to go to Macao. and Chinese wealthy people need Casinos in Tokyo as Vegas is too far. Casinos, you can enter without gambling. Vegas is not cold sol many people go inside with t shirt. Each state is different. and The no state income tax in Nevada. When foreign rich people le start coming to Tokyo, who cars they lose money?
