While the headline is technically correct, it is also misleading. Yes, they have reduced the forecast loss from JPY 230 billion to JPY 170 billion. But, read further in the same paragraph and it says that they "only" lost JPY 40 billion last year. So, compared to last year, their loss is over four times as high this year. The headline could imply their financial condition is improving, while in reality it has gotten even worse.
