It will be a fortunate moment for International Court of Arbitration to hear truth from Japanese business mouth.

From my experience; Little Shacho Sans whose power is based not on skill or ability, but on semen not running down the crack o' their mamas ass are somewhat mercurial in their interpretation of agreements. I am predicting ze germans will win.

Wha, wha, whattaya mean we can't cook the books and hide losses? You need to understand how WE operate in Japan. Share holders... partners......proprietary technology... screw that, we are here to make money for me and the management.

From my years in Japan and dealing with major companies there, I concluded that there is "the truth" and then their is the Japanese version of the truth, since due to language barriers and cultural issues, Japanese businessmen tend only to hear what they want to, and ignore anything that runs counter to their wishes. Even written agreements, especially the Japanese versions, are vaguely worded to allow for wiggle room for them to get what they want. I think this guy will get chewed up and spit out by VW's lawyers if it gets to that point. Just look at how bad Toyoda-san did last year in front of the U.S. Congress.

I was the one who negotiated this deal, so of course I myself will get to the front and talk about the truth (at the court)

What has been said and said are not important. The most important issue here is what has been agreed on the CONTRACT.Everything had to be spelled out "A" to "Z" on the contract.. I hope the contract included a special clause of NON COMPLIANCE. That's a key. Hope Mr. Suzuki has some skilled commercial lawyers experienced in international arena working for him.. Gambare, Mr. Suzuki!!
