Police in Tokyo's Mizuhomachi area have arrested a 20-year-old man for pouring urine from a PET bottle on a 14-year-old girl earlier this month.
Police identified the suspect as Yuya Imamura, a former vocational school student, TBS reported Friday. Police said that on Oct 1, Imamura rode his bicycle behind the girl as she was walking home and then poured the PET bottle over her head.
Police said Imamura has admitted to the charge and said it relieved his stress when he threw the urine over the girl. Police are questioning him about five similar incidents in the area.
