Naked man covered with tattoos arrested for stopping bus, breaking wipers

Police said Monday they have arrested a man who stood on a street in Tokyo, naked, then stopped a bus and broke its windshield wipers.

NTV reported that the incident occurred at about 9 a.m. on Sunday in Tokyo's Adachi Ward. The bus driver was quoted as saying that the man, completely naked and covered in tattoos, appeared on the street in front of the bus. He then broke the wipers and waited until police arrived.

Police said the man was speaking incoherently and that he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, NTV reported.

No passengers were hurt.

Police said the man was speaking incoherently and that he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs,

or both?

No passengers were hurt.

As far as I know, the wipers are outside the bus and passengers are inside the bus. How could they get hurt?

I think we can consider him a moron for engaging in such behavior

For instance, if the bus had to stop short to avoid hitting the perp.

I agree. Naked in public??? Breaking a bus up??? I think that was more than alcohol as well.... I kind of feel sorry for the man...He must feel so ashamed.

Someone installed a multipurpose toilet where his bath used to be but with no place for the roll

The tattooos made him do it? Yeah, probably a Yak or a wannabe but naked vandalism of a bus? That is truly rare indeed? Guess this one won't make picture of the day....

I think I know that guy.... he owns a small Taxi Company. I guess local bus ridership is up... must have wiped him out.

What type of tattoo had he on...?

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Since he waited for the police to arrive, he probably was just looking to be arrested so that he could get three hots and a cot.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

was he trying to wipe himself ?

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Did you read the title? So so funny!!!

"He then broke the wipers and waited for police to arrive"

I bet if he'd run after breaking the wipers, he'd have got away.

When I get hammered I can see mistaking a Bus for a phonebooth and a windshield wiper for a phone too..
