Best season so far. Next season I hope to see more of Hound, Bronn and Lady Mormont.
Simon Foston
It's not actually been shown in Japan yet, has it.

The finale was a lot of fun and there were many parts I liked, but for me the best was Arya's revenge -- sweet indeed.
Next season should be a hot one.

@Simon Foston the mosaic version is available :P for sale, have to wait until march to get this season on bluray :(

I completely agree with Mr Foston! Seems very strange that it hasnt even aired in Japan and wont for another what 1 to 2 years (season 5 is on hulu) but people are commenting that they have seen it??? Ummm
Why does Japantoday write about things that are not happening or related to Japan. I come here to read news about the country that I live in not some fantasy

There are other ways to see it, and for those that have, this story has relevance.

It's been playing at live US time on Star Channel for like the past 2-3 seasons.. Otherwise just torrent it an hour after it airs live. There are thousands of ways you can watch these.
Regarding the season, the plot lines have become fairly ludicrous TBH, the laziness of TV writing has become a gaping hole this season

Well deserved ratings too! A great finale to a great season.

I thought this season was fairly dull, only picking up in the last couple of episodes.

Considering that most of what comes out of the LDP is pure fantasy you'd be better off watching Game Of Thrones.

It airs live via Skyperfect's Star Channel here in Japan. FYI to those who do not know!!!
randomnator
because many people who live here have a less myopic POV

Games of Thrones also airs in Japan as do many series from outside Japan.

They do have a section called "WORLD," as does just about every news outlet of every form that you'll find almost everywhere. I don't mind seeing articles about Game of Thrones here, and I'm interested to see what other readers make of it. What I take issue with is Japan continually being behind with things I want to watch.

The 2nd to last episode showed excessive graphic violence. It certainly was realistic and likely reflected how brutal and barbaric medieval Europe must have been.

I need to catch up. For some reason I just haven't sat down and watched the final 3 episodes for the season. But glad to hear this show is still smacking down ratings worldwide.

I saw it. Best episode this season hands down. I never thought I could say that about any GoT episode with the Sand Snakes in it. So that says a lot. Episode 9 to me came second. But I guess the 9th and 10th episodes are generally the best ones fore every season, but Winds of Winter topped it for me so far.

The last 2 episodes were by far the best! Next year we should have a shorter season 7 episodes and then 6 for season 8. I have a Sling TV so its easy for me to watch, Japan is on season 5, that means season 6 should roll out next year! No way am I waiting that long.

Living in Japan, I am not completely up to date. But the plots and details have wandered way too far off from the books. I still like the shows for the visuals and acting. But its hard for me to be as enthusiastic as I once was. Marrying the real Sansa to Ramsey was just crazy and stupid beyond belief. Almost ruined the whole show for me right there. Tip of the iceberg though truly. Anyway, the lag here in Japan certainly legitimizes the case for pirating.
