I remembered Quincy being interviewed after Michael Jackson passed. He talked about the experiences making Thriller but never really commended him.

I would venture to say that Quincy Jones may have a case with some merit.

He ought to drop the case and instead of highlighting the differences he has with the Jackson family, he should focus on what they have in common. They are all parasites of Michael Jackson. Their enormous greed tells us everything we need to know about them. It is good for the legal parasites too. Got to justify their existence somehow.

Take this despot family down. The "Family: are constantly looking at scamming monies off others, Go for it Mr Jones

They are all parasites of Michael Jackson.

Quincy Jones was the producer of those albums, hired by Jackson's record company or by Jackson himself. His contract would have included stipulations about royalties, etc. to which he is entitled. He's not a parasite. He's a person who provided a valuable service and is going after money owed to him that the estate has not paid him.

Sony sues United Airlines, charging music copyright violations

If sony can sue for copyrights they own, Quincy Jones can for music he made. the Jacksons do not run the estate, its foolish to blame them.

I support EVERY SINGLE lawsuit against MJ Estate that points at MJ Estate EXECUTOR’ s wrongdoings because EXECUTORS are liable and accountable for their wrongdoings. MJ3 and KJ can file damage against executors & remove them for once & for all . If executors negligently or deliberately fail to make payments, unnecessarily wasting estate assets, the beneficiaries under the will may have recourse against them in court. I am looking forward seeing KJ and MJ3 consult an estate litigation attorney to deal with MJ Estate continuous wrongdoings. These are some examples for when the estate’s beneficiaries, may sue the estate’s Executors: Executors fail to properly secure and insure the assets of the estate, and it suffers a loss as a result. Executors diminish the estate through imprudent investments or inadequate record keeping. Executors fail to pay taxes on the estate, in which case Executors may be personally liable for interest and penalties. Executors sell an asset of the estate without authority to do so. Executors delay settlement of the estate unnecessarily or are tardy in executing important transactions. Executors engage in actions that constitute a conflict of interest. Executors improperly delegate decisions to others who have no legal authority over the estate. Executors approve a coexecutor’s or coadministrator’s breach of duty.

ps:

I am looking forward for a Consumer’s Class Action Lawsuits against the Estate Executor’s, Sony, and whoever else is responsible for the FAKE Cascio songs.
