Americans love criminals. Scorsese trades on the tradition of the Italian criminals that controlled urban America from the beginning of prohibition in 1919 to the 1960's. Nowadays the urban centers are controlled by the parasite class subsidized by government handouts and government jobs, leading to the recent elections where 6% of Americas' land mass elected a president who carried none of the remaining areas of the country. Note that this president rarely visits most of the country which rejected him at the polls.

lols. I saw what you did there @edbardoe. Turning an article about a 'one trick pony' movie director hack who deifies criminal vermin and parasites into an anti-Obama rant - genius!

Since when was "percentage of land mass" a factor for determining electoral representation? By that rationale, Alaskans should hold the swing state power. Go back to school.

I'd be interested to read you justify this statement because at the moment it would seem you have no idea what you are talking about.

@edbardoe

Real hypocritical considering those RED States, who according to you didn't vote for our President, are the largest recipients of subsidized government handouts!!!! What are the demographics of those parasitic RED states again?

Your bubble must feel so comfy? :)

What about a "Gangs of Tokyo" film?

It looks like a show I'd watch, although I'd be more interested in Tarantino doing a remake of "Ilsa, She-Wolf of the SS" set in Tokyo as something like "Yoko, She-Wolf of Roppongi". Although I feel I could pitch some good script ideas for this, what I'd really rather do is be involved in casting and scouting locations.
