Hearing "celebrities" slag off Trump one after the other makes an already-dull awards ceremony into a real endurance test.

I didn't watch it and I don't care what some actor thinks about Trump. I'm not a Trump supporter either.

I just watched what happened for best picture... wow.

Celebs dissing Trump was a real vote winner in the elections. now they will carry on and on with precisely the same effect and relevance. Still ,guess it makes thm feel a little better about being in the top 1% earners and moneybags.

If you had said that a couple of years ago, you would have gotten some thumbs up.

I don't think anyone cares what a bunch of instant millionaires in California think about anything. Most of these people are simply talking faces, with less education than a dental hygienist. They make more for a few months's work than what honest working people earn in a couple of lifetimes.

They have crowds of fans, they are chased by photographers, they live in huge homes and drive exotic cars, and because of all of this, they think they are better than anyone else. Worse yet, they think they know more than anyone else.

In reality, the opposite is true, these pompous fools are the most ignorant human beings which inhabit the country. That these people hate Trump tends to make me like him better than I otherwise would.

Still ,guess it makes thm feel a little better about being in the top 1% earners and moneybags.

I would bet that if you looked at members of SAG, you would find very few of them in the top 1%.

No one is more pompous and ignorant than the man-baby they threw barbs at. NO ONE. Not even the ignorant people that defend him. That they get so defensive over what Hollywood stars think (and they do spend a very long time whining about how they "don't care", haha!) it is laughable.

Hollywood with all their drug, drinking, financial, mental, relationship, and ego problems, they are the last ones that to be lecturing other Americans.

One of the ways you can tell that the comments from stars really bug them, is that they never even try to argue the points, they just try to discredit the speaker.

Anyone with a strong argument has no need to discredit the speaker.

You ever notice how Trump never insults the intelligence of celebrity critics? He only calls them overrated, ugly, etc.

You know why? Because Trump was basically just a rich celebrity himself after failing at business multiple times. So your attacks against celebrities sound a bit silly...

I wonder what kind of walls, fences and security technonolgy these Hollywood hypocrites have around their homes? Let all the "big stars" set an example and dismantle their tech security, disarm their security people and remove their walls and fences. FAT chance!

But people on the left want to try to pretend that nothing at all happened and that there is no video of ANYthing at all.But when the facts come out, it's like oh thaaaat video? It wasn't realllllly a "riot" you know....just stuff set on fire by people in the streets.

Was what happened in Stockholm 'huge riots?' No. Far from it.

So now we are talking about if it was a riot or a huge riot? come on....are little riots ok?

If even CNN has to admit it was actually a riot, then it surely was. Because it doesnt help their agenda or narrative to admit that, so it must have been overwhelming evidence. Actually there was video that was posted online, so they couldnt deny it anymore.

The point is, something happened in a certain place, by a certain group of people, that proved what Trump said (problems in Sweden with refugees/immigrants) is true. Thats no alternative fact. An alternative fact is that it wasnt a huge riot so it somehow never even happened?

The Sweden joke was obviously a reference to the made-up events that took place only inside the otherwise empty cranium of the so-called President. Any subsequent actual events in Sweden, ones that took place in the real world, are not relevant.
