Champagne and Wine Connoisseurs Dinner at Ritz-Carlton Tokyo

On Sept 14, the Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo will host the first and exclusive Champagne and Wine Connoisseurs Dinner, presenting spectacular sensory dining experience with champagne and wine pairings by Champagne Billecart-Salmon and Henri Bourgeois from Loire.

Set in a luxurious ambiance of the Ritz-Carlton Grand Ballroom with sophisticated live music from a 4-piece band including a singer in the background, the evening will bring guests an enchanting wine dinner designed by the hotel's head chefs and culinary craftsmen as they team up with world famous champagne and wine houses.

The evening will also welcome special guest speakers, Mr Jean-Marie Bourgeois from Henri Bourgeois and Mr Sebastien Papin from the house of Billecart-Salmon, while a delectable and creative menu will be crafted by the hotel's culinary experts using only the world’s best food produce including French leading caviar producer, Sturia.
