Park Hyatt Tokyo introduces delicately crafted 2017 Valentine chocolates and sweets made by Executive Pastry Chef Pascal Cialdella at its Pastry Boutique. Present any one of these romantic creations from the stylish selection below to your loved one or special friend this coming Valentine’s Day.

Paris-Venice: 4,000 yen (12cm)/Petite Size: 680 yen (9cm)

Named after the two most romantic cities in Europe, Paris and Venice, this dessert is constructed with rich mascarpone mousse, coffee flavored cream and sponge cake and is sandwiched between a crunchy hazelnut chocolate choux.

Bitter Sweet Symphony: 1,500 yen (4 pieces)/2,900 yen (9 pieces)

An assortment of heart shaped raspberry gelée and vanilla ganache wrapped in smooth dark chocolate, dome shaped milk chocolate with a coffee flavored center and square almond and pistachio pralines. A perfect choice of stylish bonbons to present your loved one this coming Valentine’s Day.

Cabosse de Cacao: 3,200 yen (8 pieces)

An assortment of 8 bite-sized cacao chocolates with 4 distinct flavors aligned in a wooden box. Savor a selection of ginger infused orange peel, aromatic coffee, bitter and fruity framboise and smoky single malt whisky chocolates.

Rose Macaron: 1,500 yen (4 pieces)

Rose petal macarons filled with rose essence butter cream. A very delightful gift to present your loved one for a romantic and sweet Valentine’s Day.

“Hakushu” Single Malt Whisky Araguani Marquise: 680 yen (9.5cm)

A rich chocolate cake using Japanese “Hakushu” whisky with chantilly cream on top of a chocolate sablé base. The mild sweetness and the richness of the chocolate makes for a perfect dessert for adults. Enjoy this cake with coffee or whisky.
