And it doesn't even take that much to make a difference. Go to the gym, throw around some weights for an hour. Do this three times and I guarantee you'll already see a difference.

Making big physical movements while consuming that stacked-up hamburger, including getting up to get more sachets of chilly sauce and tomato sauce, I registered quite hefty step-counts and calorie usage. That coke top-up and 3 trips to the top-up counter helped too. I'll be healthy in no time!

Compared with these measurements, half of the fitness trackers underestimated energy expenditure and the rest overestimated it.

Solution: Wear all 12 and then average the numbers.
