In other words do nothing is the best approach? Cheaper and easier than surgery and/or radiation and you won't risk your sex life and /or bowels.

The article isn't very clear, but I think that the option to surgery/radiation is medicine, not doing anything.

But even reading it with that in mind, I'm not sure if what I am saying is correct or not.

There are different options when it comes to cure the bph, I personally chose a natural one based on a healthy alimentation, exercise, and a supplement named alpharise. It sounds really simple but it is very effective.
