Tolerance? What Tolerance? Were you surveyed? Next time that you go out with friends, ask how many are accepting of this. Nobody will raise their hands. Europe becoming Tolerant? Didn't you see what just happened in France. We need more of that around the world.

The middle east has the right idea! This import of western culture is a big reason why Islam is at odds with "The Status Quo" that's propagated! You don't want this kind of conflict, ensure that new families get proper training in how to raise their kids! The Government has an obligation to support healthy relationships between children and teenagers of the opposite sex! Prohibit Pornography in all forms! A person is not born gay contrary to popular belief; if you deprive a plant of the required sunlight ,water and nutrients, there exists deviancy! This would solve the problem of homosexual acceptance!

You don't have to like or accept everything right???

Most people who don't accept homosexuals are ignorant, bigoted, religiously zealous (or all of the above). Gay people are just as 'natural' as heterosexuals, and most often just as 'moral'. If God doesn't condone homosexuals, why did he create so many of them? Answer me that! (By the way, for whatever it's worth, I'm not gay - not that I would be ashamed to be - just an educated, liberally-minded human being, who believes that tolerance, acceptance, and compassion are admirable qualities, whereas discrimination and unfair judgement are not.)

I don't know anyone NOT accepting. You obviously hang out with a prejudiced group. Just mind your own business and stop interfering with other people's personal lives thank you very much

Most people seem to have a misunderstanding of the word "tolerance." The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines it as "sympathy or indulgence for beliefs or practices differing from or conflicting with one's own." I tolerate lots of things. For example, I tolerate people talking on their cell phones in public. I tolerate people whose religions are different than my own. I don't have to agree with it, I just have to tolerate it. What it seems this word has come to mean is more akin to endorsement. If one doesn't agree with homosexuality, they just have a personal opinion. Now, if they try to get someone kicked out of the neighborhood for being gay, that's a different story.
