SoftBank has released the 4.5-inch IGZO display having AQUOS PHONE Xx mini 303SH smartphone, manufactured by Shar. The AQUOS PHONE Xx mini 303SH has a 63mm wide compact body but it has a large 4.5inch full HD IGZO display (1080x1920 pixels) built-in, which occupies 75% of the surface of the front side.
The OS is Android 4.2. It also has a 13.1MP main camera, 1.2MP sub-camera, 16GB ROM, 2GB RAM, 2120mAH battery, and 2.2GHz Quadcore CPU.
8 Colors are available: Turquoise, Black, White, Red, Blue, Gold, Light pink, and Vivid pink

The most important point in the specs list-up is the availability of 8 colors to choose from. Then again, you most likely will need a protective case, otherwise it might break with the first drop and that would make the body color obsolete.
