Japan’s most loved probiotic dairy drink Yakult comes in a cup

Renowned for its health benefits, Yakult is now consumed all around the world, from the United States to Africa. Japan’s most adored probiotic drink is served in school lunches and delivered to homes and offices by Yakult ladies. The sweet taste is addictive, and we’ve all wished the drinks came in larger bottles.

The company has brought back the popular “Cup de Yakult” for a limited time offer. The savory, milky drink comes in an 80g cup. The product has a yogurt-like consistency, and the rich, creamy flavor melts in the mouth. Even if it is not in the iconic bottle, it still has the same health benefits, containing around one billion L. casei Shirota strains for a healthier intestinal condition.

This product caters even to women on a diet, with only 100 kcal per cup. Cup de Yakult is perfect to get some nutrition for breakfast, as a healthy snack, or dessert.

Cup de Yakult is available at supermarkets and convenience stores across the country for ¥115 until March 2017.
