World's smallest Windows 7 computer

Fujitsu has developed what it calls the world's smallest Windows 7 computer. The FMV Loox F-07C is equipped with an Intel Atom processor, along with a 4-inch LCD display and sliding keyboard. The gadget also functions as a smartphone.

The computer will go on sale around mid-June. Price is expected to be around 80,000 yen.

Does anybody really want a computer that they have to boot up as a smart phone? What with the Androids and iOS out there, it seems that the entire atmosphere is shifting to "apps". I certainly wouldn't want to be doing an excel spreadsheet or making a powerpoint presentation on that baby.

So small, when it locks up, you can hit ctr, alt, del with just one finger!

Microsoft should promote this for vacuum cleaners. This would be the first of their products that does not suck.

World's smallest computer!? Can this computer install Visual C++ development tool and can this computer run a software compiling by this application? Even if it can do, I recognize this device is a computer.

Computer might be small and we could have had teenie computers, cels, etc for decades but the limiting factor is we are humans and thus the interface to interact needs to suit us.

Try typing for a full day on such a small keyboard or looking at such a small screen all day.

Don't care how powerful the device is but I do like a full-sized keyboard and a 20+inch monitor for work. In addition I like to be able to read a CD/DVD/Blue-Ray and be able to plug in extra devices.
